1. Introduction

Welcome to Get Certified (Pvt) Ltd. By using our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Our “Learn, Practice, Certify” bundles include:

• Self-paced online, on-demand (video/text) training courses
• Practice tests
• Exam voucher with a Retake option

Access Duration:

• Courses & Practice Tests: 6 months
• Practice Tests: 25–50 attempts allowed
• Retake Exam: Must be used within 30 days after an unsuccessful first attempt

Exams are delivered through Certiport Authorized Testing Centers, coordinated by Synergy Skills.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are shown in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes are added to the listed price.
• All online payments are securely processed through PayHere.lk.

4. Promotions

Promotions and discounts are time-bound and may have additional specific terms.

5. Access Activation

• Upon successful payment, course accounts are activated within 48 hours.
• Login credentials are sent via email along with next steps and exam coordination instructions.

6. User Responsibility

• Course and practice test access is granted to one individual only.
• Sharing credentials or multiple-user access will result in deactivation without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software — belongs to the respective courseware, practice test, and certification providers.

8. Territory

Our services are currently available only in Sri Lanka.

9. Refunds

All digital sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once access is provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

Get Certified (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

At Get Certified (Pvt) Ltd, we sell digital learning products including self-paced online courses, practice exams, and certification exam vouchers. All sales are final as these are digital and service-based products.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a product is sold and access credentials are issued, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided under any circumstances.

This includes purchases of:

• “Learn, Practice, Certify” bundles
• Self-paced courses
• Practice tests
• Exam vouchers

3. Non-Transferability

Products are assigned to one individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Any shared account will be deactivated.

4. Technical Issues

If you face technical issues in accessing your course or exam, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, but refunds are not applicable.

5. Order Cancellations by Get Certified

In rare cases (e.g., pricing errors, product unavailability, or system faults), we may cancel an order and process a full refund to your original payment method.
